Stp 35 à Carolles , côte ouest du Cotentin(50)

Pendant l'occupation , les allemands placent un point d'appui sur les hauteurs de Carolles (9km au sud de Granville) , principalement équipé de deux canons de campagne dirigés vers Carolles-Plage . Les travaux de bétonnage commencent avec la construction d'une cuve à eau , puis un abri type 622 (courant 1943) et deux casemates de flanquement type 612 (début 1944) .

Courant 1943 , lorsque le secteur était occupé par la 346.Infanterie-Division , l'endroit était désigné Gr 35 car il faisant partie du "KVGr Granville" . En juin 1944 , le secteur de Granville se trouvait dans la

During the occupation, the Germans established a strongpoint on the heights of Carolles (9 km south of Granville), primarily equipped with two field guns aimed at Carolles-Plage. Concrete work began with the construction of a water tank, followed by a Type 622 shelter (during 1943) and two Type 612 flanking casemates (early 1944).

During 1943, when the sector was occupied by the 346th Infantry Division, the location was designated Gr 35 as it was part of "KVGr Granville". In June 1944, the Granville sector was located within the
