There are four of these buildings. The doors are all facing south away from the bombing range.

A mirror in the roof reflects the bomber target. The image shines down onto a target table. A flash from the bomb dropping is reflected on the table and the position can be pin pointed and the accuracy sent to the plane or squadron.
