We take in the E/W runway, T2 hangar, the Operations block, Combined AML bombing teacher & Turret instructional Type A 633/42, and the WAAF site.

Plan

No. 421 Repair & Salvage Unit. There were 13 Repair & Salvage units assigned to the 2nd Tactical Air Force. Each unit had a specific type or types of aircraft it handled. I believe they recovered everything possible up to a point where it was deemed of little or no value.
