Above : the British Vickers gun was used here and Below a chassis fitted into the concrete base to mount the gun.

The original gun would have been a mobile gun. When set to fire the wheels would be removed and four legs extended out. It was very like the German 88mm AA gun with almost the same ballistic characteristics.
