INFORMATION:

Built by Callender-Hamilton drawing No. 6637/37.
I was told by a gentleman living here that ALL the hangars were built with Lend Lease money?
In 1941, Congress passed the Lend-Lease Act. That gave President Franklin D. Roosevelt the powers to sell, transfer, exchange, lend equipment to defend itself against the Axis powers. A sum of $50 billion was appropriated by Congress. The money went to 38 different countries with Britain receiving over $31 billion.
