Wn Vaucottes

Vaucottes is in between Yport(in the north) & Etretat (in the south). A small valley leading to a beach with lovely half timbered houses clinging to the hillsides.

There were just a few defences here.

2 x Vf58c Tobruk's.

1 x Fieldmassing.

1 x Schartenstand. Several of the houses may have been defended and used as barracks for a platoon of infantry, a road block and several trenches.

Rothensteine 1908

I thought this my have been a 3.7cm anti-tank garage but it also may be a pre war garage. I have been reliably informed that "The garage you are showing is not an anti-tank garage or a garage prior to the war; it is a boat garage built in the 60s." Thank you to JCP for emailing and telling us. Its always nice to have feedback thank you JCP.
